• Heritage Guarantee: We guarantee that our Buddha Bhoomi Kala Namak Rice is authentic and sourced directly from the officially designated GI-tagged regions of the Tarai belt in Uttar Pradesh (Siddharthnagar district).

• Natural Characteristics: Kala Namak rice is a heritage crop famous for its signature dark husk, intense aroma, and high nutritional value. Subtle natural variations in grain length, color intensity, or aroma across different harvest batches are entirely normal and are a testament to the organic, authentic nature of the produce.

2. Pricing and Payments

• All prices listed on our online shop are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• We reserve the right to change or update product prices at any time without prior notice due to agricultural market fluctuation.

• Orders will only be processed and dispatched once full payment confirmation is received through our secure payment gateways.

3. Shipping, Delivery & Weight Policy

• Weight Variations: Due to natural moisture loss during storage, transit, and varying climatic conditions, a minor moisture-related weight variance of up to 1-2% may occasionally occur.

• Delivery Timelines: While we partner with reliable courier services to ensure prompt delivery across India, estimated delivery timelines are indicative. We are not liable for delayed dispatches caused by unforeseen logistical disruptions, extreme weather, or public holidays.

• Accurate Shipping Details: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and correct shipping address along with an active phone number. Any extra shipping fees incurred due to incorrect address inputs or repeated failed delivery attempts will be charged to the customer.

4. Returns, Replacements & Refund Policy

• Food Safety Protocol: Being a consumable food product, we strictly do not accept returns or exchanges once a package has been delivered and opened, ensuring food safety and hygiene protocols.

• Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If you receive a damaged package or an incorrect item, you must notify our help desk via email (raagrahari301@gmail.com) or phone within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.

• Mandatory Unboxing Video: To claim a refund or free replacement for transit damage or shortages, customers must provide a clear, unedited unboxing video showing the sealed courier pack being opened.

5. Storage Guidelines & Customer Responsibility

• Once delivered, the customer is fully responsible for proper storage. Kala Namak Rice should be transferred to an airtight container and stored in a cool, dry, and hygienic place away from moisture and direct sunlight to protect its unique aroma and keep it safe from natural grain pests. We do not offer refunds or replacements for spoilage caused by improper home storage.

6. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of your relationship with us will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Siddharthnagar, Uttar Pradesh.
